How to shop with us?
- Browse through the pages to view the various multicultural hair and skin care products.
- Select the product/s you wish to purchase by clicking on the "add to cart" button. This takes you to a page called the shopping basket.
- You can either click on 'continue shopping' to add numerous items to your shopping basket or proceed with payment by clicking on 'proceed to checkout'.
Payment:
How do I make a payment?
- Once you have clicked on 'proceed to checkout' you will be taken to the checkout page.
- On the checkout page you will be asked to input your email address, create a password, add billing and delivery address and chose you payment option.
- Payment options are: Bank Transfer (transfer from your bank to ours), PayPal or by debit/credit card.
- Bank Transfers in currencies other than GBP, please ensure when sending money that you send the full amount in GBP (do not send the total amount in another currency).
- We DO NOT accept cheques or money orders outside of Great Britain (GB).
Is our website payment systems secure?
- Yes, we have secure online payment facilities with HSBC and PayPal, this means that there is fraud prevention on our payment pages, all your payment details are secure.
Why do we require your email address?
- The email address is required to allow us to send an automated confirmation email to that address; this is your confirmation that we have received your order.
Why do you have to create a password?
- A password is created by yourself to allow you to track the status of your products, but also members enjoy promotional offers and receive newsletters if you opt in to receive out newsletters.
What currency is used to take payment?
- We are able to provide the facility of viewing your shopping basket cost in other currencies
- However payment will be taken in GBP.
Delivery:
Delivery Charge
- All orders incur a delivery charge that is added at the time of purchase
- The delivery charge varies depending on the total weight and size of the order.
- Delivery charge also varies depending on where the item will be delivered i.e. within the mainland UK, Europe or rest of the world.
Where do you deliver to? - We deliver throughout the world.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
- Yes. All parcels require a signature when being delivered.
- Your post person will deliver your item to you.
- If you ARE IN they will require a signature from some one at the delivery address.
- If you ARE NOT IN to sign for the parcel, they will leave a card advising you that the parcel has been left at your local postal depot, where you will need to pick up your parcel. Please take photo ID to claim your parcel from the depot office.
- They will not leave parcels if they can't get a signature.
Customer Satisfaction:
- All items are fully inspected and packaged securely on leaving TheBeautyPot.com Ltd.
- Should you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your multicultural hair and skin care products please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds:
- In order that a speedy refund may be arranged we require relevant item/s to be returned.
- Where goods are being returned because the item/s are no longer required, please return in perfect condition without any use, damage or products missing. Refunds will not be given in this circumstance if items are received back to us as used, damaged or products missing. A refund will be made, subject to above conditions, excluding any credit card charges and delivery fees.
- Where goods are being returned because the item/s were damaged, please return relevant item/s. A full refund will be made, subject to above conditions, plus refund on postage cost for returning the item/s.
- Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process upon receipt of the returned items.
- All refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card.
- In the case of cheque payments a refund cheque will be sent to your DELIVERY address.
